Fresh and not so fresh but still great links from around. I hope you enjoy it and if you’d like to send in a link, please use this page.
Rails
- Ruby on Rails vs PHP - Organization - ad #3 of 4 - What is this? … I think it’s SQL… it’s everywhere!

- SSL on Rails - sample SSL Rails application (via Ruby Inside)
- Magic Multi-Connections - less than 100 lines of code which make Rails work with multiple databases (via Loud Thinking)
Ruby
- Parallel assignments in Ruby. I tend to forget things like this are possible.
- lorem - lorem ipsum gem generator (via Rails Tips).
Web Development
- OpenID around the web (via Mashable!)
- WordPress 2.2 is out. Good thing I just installed 2.1.

I love good furniture as much as the next guy, but prices like that just patronize anyone who actually works for their money.

An online lorem ipsum generator that lets you specify the length of the text: http://www.lipsum.com/
Comes in handy for copy/paste operations when you need placeholder text.
That’s exatly what I’ve been using in the last 2-3 years. I guess it would’ve been a good idea to include that link as well
